Smocked Yoke Skirt Description:
This smocked pattern is unique because it has just one pocket pattern piece. The skirt is cut out using a series of measurements for a personalized fit. All instructions for the measurements are included in the pattern.
This skirt has a separate smocked yoke panel and an elasticised waistband. The panel is sewn to a folded pleat skirt and has one concealed side pocket opening.
Includes smocking design plate.
