Macy is a girl’s dress or blouse featuring a cross-over front fastened on each side with narrow bias tubes tied in bows. The neckline has a small ruffle. The bottoms of the short fitted sleeves have an elastic casing. Both the blouse and the dress are completely lined. The dress has a wide ruffle at bottom finished with a narrow hem. Designed by Susan Whitman. Available in sizes 2-5, and 6-10.
