A simple full on skirt with bias waistband that fits on the hips and has 3 different versions.

MATERIALS LIST
CIRCLE SKIRT 1 yard fabric (sizes 1-4) or 2 1/3 yards fabric (sizes 5/6-13/14) 1 yard 3/8” elastic thread BUTTON SKIRT 1 yard fabric (sizes 1-4) or 1 1/3 yards (sizes 5/6-13/14) 1 yard 3/8” elastic 5-7 1/2” buttons thread PLEATED SKIRT 1 yard fabric (sizes 1-4) or 1 1/2 yards fabric (sizes 5/6-13/14) (skirt) 1/2 yard contrasting fabric (waistband) 1 yard 3/8” elastic thread OPTIONAL 1/2 yard fabric (belt and belt loops) Purchase an additional 3/4 yard fabric (for double circle skirt) (sizes 1-4) or 2 ¼ yards fabric (for double circle skirt) (sizes 5/6-13/14)
SUITABLE FABRICS
We used cotton (Moda fabrics, Free Spirit fabrics and Rowan fabrics) and wool for our models. Cotton voile (Robert Kaufman fabrics) was used for the double circle skirt. Corduroy, linen, rayon and soft flowing fabrics would work as well.
