Little Belle Skirt Pattern Description:
Semi-flared, pull on skirt with gathers beneath a wide waistband on center front and center back. Contrast band at hem. Can be worn on hips or waist depending on how you adjust the elastic. Make this skirt from one, two or three fabrics. Optional narrow belt with button closure or bow velcro closure is included in the pattern.

SUITABLE FABRICS
We used cottons (Free Spirit Fabrics and Rowan Fabrics) for our models. Linen, silk, rayon, bamboo and hemp fabrics would be suitable as well.
