Emily is a cute reversible top and skirt. The top has a boat neck and can be worn with the buttons in the back or front for two totally different looks. The wrap around skirt has elastic in the back and buttons down the front. Use coordinating fabrics or ribbon for the trim and bows. Sewing a reversible garment doesn’t take much more time than sewing a single layer garment with a lining or facings!
