Cece, is designed to be made of knit fabrics for babies and toddlers. The entire dress can be made of knit, or the top can be of knit and the slightly gathered skirt from a woven fabric. Pattern includes both a long sleeve and a short sleeve. Bottom of sleeves can be turned up and hemmed by machine or finished by a rippled lettuce edge that can be stitched by machine or serger. The dress has overlapping front and back shoulders for ease in dressing.
