Brooke is a pattern for a reversible top & skirt. The top & skirt can be made with scallops or ruffles along the bottom edges. By using coordinating fabrics, this sweet little garment can be interchanged into 4 different combinations. Sewing a reversible garment doesn’t take much more time than sewing a single-layer garment with a lining or facings.
