Bishop Dress Supplement Description:
All sizes included. Directions are for converting the standard Bishop into a cool butterfly sleeve dress or a pretty long nightie.
In Style A, a cutaway sleeve becomes a ruffle with lace trim. Cool and comfortable. For extra stylishness, add pouch pockets and panties. Especially nice in Batiste or similar lightweight fabric.
In Style B, you place a short placket in front, enlarge the nect, omit the side pleat, turning a Bishop into a nightie. You can extend the neck binding for ties and edge the bottom ruffle and cutaway sleeves with lace.
Fabric Required:
Between 2 and 3 yards for all sizes.
