Baby Butterflies Description:
This pattern is a little girl’s dress sized 1 – 6 with tucked yoke and mock placket in front. The Peter Pan style collar is edged in tatting as are the angel-style sleeves and front placket. An attached Madeira applique hem is accentuated by pretty hand embroidery, template is included. The back features tucks at the shoulders and inset placket.
Suggested Fabrics: Light to medium weight fabrics such as handkerchief linen, lawn, batiste, pique, broadcloth or organdy solids or small prints. Note: Solids should be used if garment is to be embroidered.
Notions: 3/8" buttons or snaps (3 for back), plus 1/4" buttons (10 for front), 3/8" tatting or trim, fine point blue fabric marker, tear away stabilizer, embroidery floss or Floche.
